Update de.yml 
Change translation of "label_dmsf_permissions: Allow access only to". The german translation was missing the fact that you can lock out the roles you didn't set the checkbox ("only").

8946ad97ec Changes title_approval translation 
The English translation "Approve document" fits better in the workflow
steps than "Approval" only:

1. "Assign workflow"
2. "Start workflow"
3. "Approve document" (Approve x Reject x Delegate)
4. "" (As soon as the workflow is finished, there is no item related to the workflow in the menu.)

The German translation is modified accordingly.

fd048ba8fa Renames locales/ua.yml 
The localization in ua.yml is made under the key 'uk' representing
Ukrainian. Therefore, the YAML file should use the same language code.

68e01b94cf Adds label for DMS email notification 
Extends the translation key 'dmsf_legacy_notifications' with the
prefix 'label_' in order to get translated by SettingsHelper#notification_field.
