c22b88802e Added macros to reference a file's version and last update date: 
Example:
        {{dmsfversion(123)}} -> "2.5" -> return version of file with id "123"
        {{dmsflastupdate(123)}} -> "2018-08-24 08:46" -> returns the file's last update date (formatted according to redmine settings)

a50af4b041 Added basic obsolete feature. It allows to obsolete revisions through an forbidden icon next to the delete icon. 
It only shows when the revision has been previously approved and the user has permission to delete revisions.
